DVD Returns and Refunds Policy: Select and order DVDs carefully—we do not offer refunds on DVD purchases. You will receive a confirming e-mail when you order. Check it immediately and reply to Store@ShootingUSA.com if you find any error in the information.
If you have received a DVD different than the item you ordered, return the DVD, undamaged in the DVD case, with a copy of the packing sheet showing the miss-match between your order and the DVD received, postage paid, to Customer Service, Shooting USA Store, 277 Mallory Station Road, Suite 116, Franklin, TN 37067. Upon receipt, we will cross check the DVD with your original order.
If we have erred, we will send you the DVD you originally ordered at our expense. Returns for shipping errors must be received at our offices within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Defective DVDs: Our duplication contractor produces DVDs in the format of movie releases, which is most likely to be compatible with the largest number of consumer DVD players. However, you should be aware that there is no universal DVD standard format guaranteed to play in all DVD players.
Before you return a DVD as defective, you should attempt to play it on at least two different home DVD players. DVDs may or may not play on computer DVD drives. If the DVD is truly defective, return it, in the DVD case, with a copy of the packing sheet, postage paid, to Customer Service, Shooting USA Store, 277 Mallory Station Road, Suite 116, Franklin, TN 37067. If the disc is found to be defective on our consumer DVD players, we will send you a replacement at our expense. Returns for defective DVDs must be received at our offices within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Damaged DVDs: If your shipment arrives damaged, return the entire original shipment, including the outer packaging, to the address above. We will replace the damaged DVD at our expense.
